Current Buyer Needs:
 
  • One buyer wants to be in the neighborhood, can afford up to $800,000
  • One buyer wants something updated.  Can go up to about $1,350,000
  • One buyer looking at around $1,000,000

Rental Needs:

  • Need a 3 bedroom with decent sized garage up to $4200 per month
  • Great family moving from East Coast.  Kids will be at Mtn View and Dos Pueblos.  Need at least 3 bedrooms. 
  • Family is coming from Boulder.  Need rental asap.  Price flexible.
